At OT Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research peptides for laboratory use only. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and regulatory requirements, we have established the following refund and return policy.

No Returns on Research Chemicals

All sales of research peptides and related products are final. Due to the nature of these materials and compliance with safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened peptide products once they have been shipped.

This policy ensures the integrity and purity of our research materials and protects all customers from potential contamination or tampering.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@otpeptides.com. We will require:

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct product at no additional charge. Shipping costs for returns due to our error will be covered by OT Peptides.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OT Peptides is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and tracking your shipment closely. We are not liable for any losses once the package has been confirmed as delivered.

Temperature Sensitivity

All peptides are shipped with appropriate cold chain packaging. However, we cannot be held responsible for product degradation due to delays or mishandling by shipping carriers. Please refrigerate products immediately upon receipt.

Store Credit

In cases where a refund is warranted due to our error or a defective product, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used on future purchases.
